Delivery & Returns

WrightSport maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.

It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The shipping will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. All orders are sent via Royal Mail from our warehouse in Glasgow. Orders placed before 3pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after 3pm (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day. The warehouse is open Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (GMT) and is closed National Public Holidays.

Shipping Service & Standards
The normal delivery time from when the package has left our warehouse is:

  • Standard (2-3 days) is Royal Mail 48 in the UK.
  • Express (1-2 days) is Royal Mail 24 in the UK.
  • Special Delivery Tracked is Royal Mail Special Delivery, Guaranteed by 1pm in the UK. (or for heavier items these will be sent DPD.)
  • Saturday Guaranteed is Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed in the UK.

If nobody is at the address when Royal Mail attempts the delivery, a card is left in the mailbox giving further instructions on where to collect your package. A 2nd attempt to deliver the package is usually made the next day, however details will be given on the card that was left. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to the Royal Mail Delivery Office, where it will be kept for 14 days and the returned to us, where your order will be refunded (less any postage costs you may have paid) and you will receive an email informing you of this.

You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should be entered in the “Ship to a Different Address?” section found at the bottom of the “Checkout” page.

The freight charge depends on your delivery address.

How much is the shipping charge?

We ship all over the world, and the shipping charge depends on your delivery address and your purchase amount. Find your delivery zone below and see the shipping charges. The shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout once you have confirmed the delivery destination.

UK (inc. Highlands & Islands, ) & Northern Ireland this also includes the Channel Islands (restrictions apply).

     Special Delivery
All Special Delivery packages are Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm (or Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed 1pm)  and will require a signature upon delivery. These goods are delivered by Royal Mail or for heavier items these will be sent DPD. Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed 1pm has a surrchage for every 500g and will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Europe

Shipping Charges: GBP 8.00 for order up to 500g.
There is an aditional GBP 3.00 for every 500g and GBP 8.00 for every 2000g.
This service is Royal Mail Tracked and your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.

Rest of the world

Shipping Charges: GBP 10.00 for order up to 500g.
There is an aditional GBP 3.00 for every 500g and GBP 10.00 for every 2000g.
This service is Royal Mail Tracked (where applicable) and your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.
(for countries that the Royal Mail Tracked service is not available, we will ship Tracked & Signed or Signed)

Returns policy

We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer services team. If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased product, but not the original shipping.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

You must pay for the shipping to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.

You always have a 12 months warranty period if something is wrong with the product. Your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible. If your claim is justified we will refund your reasonable shipping expenses.

How to return a product

Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary – if you have a claim. Remember to provide us with a receipt for your shipping charges if we have to reimburse them.

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours.
