Description
Maru Training Fins are a short blade design, with an enclosed heel for a secure fit and open toe for comfort. Short bladed fins allow a kick fast enough to keep up with a normal arm stroke rate and still maintain a 6 beat kick. Water resistance is increased while training, improving endurance, ankle flexibility and leg muscle strength. Bright, fun colours which will liven up any swim kit.
