š Can I Return My Order?
If itās not a custom item, yesāno problem.
- Return Window: 14 days from delivery
- Condition: Unused, unworn, tags attached, original packaging
Canāt return it if:
- Itās personalised or made-to-order
- Itās part of an event-specific range unless faulty
ā ļø What Canāt Be Returned?
- No returns on personalised or made-to-order kit
- No exchanges/refunds on event gear post-dispatch
- No refunds for wrong sizes on custom kit

š Exchanges
We donāt do direct swaps. Instead:
- Return your eligible item
- Place a new order for the correct one

- Processed within 5 working days after inspection
- Goes back to your original payment method
- Email confirmation sent when itās done
š Return Shipping
- Customer covers return shipping (unless faulty or incorrect)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless our fault)
