These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the WrightSport website (wrightsport.co.uk) and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

WrightSport is a trading name of Wrightsport Ltd, registered in Scotland (company number SC386320, VAT number GB-105247446). Our registered address is 4 Davaar Place, Newton Mearns, Glasgow, G77 6ST.

Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt with an order confirmation email — this does not mean your order has been accepted.

A legally binding contract between you and WrightSport is formed when we dispatch your item(s) or, for made-to-order products, when your order enters production.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to) product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.

Pricing & Payment

All prices on the website are in GBP (£) and include VAT at the current UK rate.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

While we make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before processing and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Made-to-Order Products (Club Shop, Event Store & B2B)

Products purchased through our Club Shops, Event Stores, and B2B company shops are custom-made to order. These items are produced in batches after the order window closes.

• Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase via your customer account.
• Once the order window closes and production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded (unless faulty — see below).
• Production lead times are typically 3–4 weeks from the close of the order window. Some items may take 4–6 weeks. Specific timelines are displayed on each product page.

Retail & In-Stock Products

Standard retail products are dispatched from stock. These can be cancelled within 1 hour of ordering (via your customer account) and are subject to our 30-day return policy.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of any exclusions stated in these terms.

Customer Accounts

You may create a customer account to manage orders, submit return requests, and cancel orders within the permitted window. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

Shipping & Delivery

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
