Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store are offered as pre-orders. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Pre-orders (Club Shops & Event Stores)

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are buying a product that will be produced or dispatched at a later date. Full payment is taken at checkout.

Cancellations & changes

• Before Sunday midnight: You may cancel or request a size change free of charge. Contact us at info@wrightsport.co.uk quoting your order number.
• After Sunday midnight: Production ordering begins on Monday. Contact us as soon as possible — we will check where your order is in the process and advise whether cancellation or amendment is still possible. If blank garments have already been ordered, cancellation may not be available.
• Once customised or dispatched: Cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns

We accept returns on Club Shop and Event Store orders provided the item has not been personalised (e.g. individual name or number printing). Customised items featuring only club branding or standard designs may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Standard Orders

Standard retail orders and in-stock items dispatched immediately follow our normal cancellation window. You may cancel within 1 hour of placing the order via your account or by contacting us. After this window, the order will be processed and our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which grant a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases from the date of delivery. Please note that personalised items are exempt from this right of cancellation.
