Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your WrightSport purchase. We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
- Be in the exact same condition that you received it (unworn and unused).
- Not have been used in the water.
- Have all original hygiene labels intact and firmly attached.
- Be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us first at info@wrightsport.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return request is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at info@wrightsport.co.uk (including clear photos of the issue) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right quickly.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances. These include:
- Personalised Items: This specifically relates to made-to-order garments from our Club Shops and Event Stores (e.g., items with printed names or initials).
- Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Any swimwear that has been used in water or is missing its protective hygiene labels.
- Clearance & Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item you have and, at the same time, place a separate order for the new product you want. Alternatively, you can make a direct exchange. This involves posting your original purchase back to us and advising us of what you want instead.
Christmas Extended Returns
To give you peace of mind during the holiday season, gifts purchased from 1st October to 24th December can be returned up until 31st January, subject to all standard return conditions listed above.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@wrightsport.co.uk.
