Shipping & Delivery Information

At WrightSport, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable dispatch to get your gear to you when you need it. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping methods, costs, and collection options.

Please note: We currently only ship within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Costs

• Orders over £35: FREE shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.99 (orders under £35)
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5.99 (orders under £35)

Free shipping applies to all order types (retail, club, event, and B2B) once the £35 threshold is met.

Delivery Times

1. Retail Orders (In-Stock Items)

Orders placed before 15:00 (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day where possible. Orders placed after 15:00 or on weekends/Scottish public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

• Tracked 24: Estimated 1–2 working days after dispatch
• Tracked 48: Estimated 2–3 working days after dispatch

2. Club Shop & B2B Orders (Made to Order)

Teamwear, club kit, and B2B company shop items are custom-made to order. They do not ship immediately.

• Order windows close every Sunday at midnight.
• Production begins the following Monday morning.
• Standard production lead time: 3–4 weeks from the window close.
• Some items have an extended lead time of 4–6 weeks — this is clearly displayed on the product page.

You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking once your order ships.

3. Event Merchandise

Event store items are subject to strict ordering windows. Please check your specific Event Store page for:

• Final cut-off dates for "Collection at Event"
• Final cut-off dates for "Home Delivery"

Delivery timescales will vary depending on the event schedule.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress.

My Parcel Has Not Arrived

If your estimated delivery window has passed:

1. Check your tracking link for the most up-to-date status.
2. Check with your local Royal Mail sorting office — "Sorry, we missed you" cards are not always left.
3. If you still haven't received your parcel, contact our team and we'll investigate.

Click & Collect

We offer a free Click & Collect service on all orders. Select "Pick Up" at checkout.
