Shipping & Delivery Information

At WrightSport, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable dispatch to get your gear to you when you need it. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping methods, costs, and collection options.

🌍 Shipping Notice: At this time, we currently only ship within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. We do not offer international shipping.

How much does delivery cost?

  • Orders over £35: FREE Shipping (Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.99 (For orders under £35)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5.99 (For orders under £35)

How long will my delivery take?

Delivery times depend entirely on the type of product you have ordered:

1. Standard Retail Orders (In-Stock Items)
If you place your order before 15:00, we will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day, Monday - Friday (excluding Scottish public holidays, which will be dispatched the next working day).

  • Tracked 24: Estimated 1-2 working days.
  • Tracked 48: Estimated 2-3 working days.

2. Club Shop & Custom Orders
Because teamwear and club items are custom-made to order, they do not ship immediately. Club order windows close at midnight every Sunday. Production begins Monday morning, followed by our standard 3-4 week production cycle before dispatch.

3. Event Merchandise
Event gear is subject to strict closing windows. Please check your specific Event Store page for final cut-off times regarding "Collection at Event" versus "Home Delivery."

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as your order is packaged and dispatched, you will be sent an automated email notification. This email will include your specific tracking number and a link to track your delivery's progress right to your door.

My parcel has not arrived, what do I do?

If your estimated delivery window has passed, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Check your tracking link online for the most up-to-date status of the parcel.
  2. Check with your local sorting office. "Sorry, we missed you" cards are not always left, and parcels can sometimes be held securely at the sorting office without notification.
  3. If you still haven't received your parcel after checking the above, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I collect my order instead?

Yes! We offer a free Click & Collect service on all orders. To use this service, simply select "Pick Up" as your delivery method at checkout.
