Care Guide - Performance Swimwear

High-performance swimwear needs careful handling to protect the fabric, fit and race-ready feel for as long as possible.

Rinse immediately after use

Rinse your swimsuit in cool, non-chlorinated water straight after swimming to remove chlorine, salt and other chemicals that can weaken technical fabrics.

Do not leave it wet in a bag

Avoid leaving a wet performance suit in a bag or sealed container for longer than necessary. Trapped moisture can encourage bacteria and mould, damage the fabric and cause odours.

Keep it out of direct sunlight

Do not leave wet swimwear in strong sunlight. UV exposure can fade colours and weaken performance materials over time.

Wash with a mild detergent

Use a detergent suitable for delicate or technical fabrics. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents, as they can reduce elasticity and affect performance.

Air dry away from heat

Hang the suit to air dry in a well-ventilated place away from radiators and other heat sources. Do not tumble dry — high heat can shrink the fabric and alter the fit.

Follow the care label

Always check the product care label for temperature guidance and any suit-specific instructions, including care symbols.
